Trama: Corre l'anno 1590, durante il turbolento periodo Sengoku del Giappone. Izumi, l'unica ragazza superstite del suo villaggio riesce a rubare un potente mazzo di chiavi, che possono dare al suo possessore l'accesso all'uso di armi straordinarie, in grado di cambiare il corso degli eventi. Per scappare da un gruppo di inseguitori, la ragazza finisce in un monastero buddhista, dove incontra il monaco Tenkai, il quale si fa carico dei problemi di Izumi... ma c'è qualcosa di più profondo di quello che vuol far apparire.
